nATALIE TENENBAUM
Critically acclaimed composer, pianist, music director and singer-songwriter Natalie Tenenbaum is best described as “singular,” redefining what it means to be an artist in the 21st century. She infuses classical virtuosity and technique developed through her years at Juilliard into all she does, whether it’s creating original piano arrangements for Lang Lang, working with Tina Fey and David Byrne for widely praised Broadway productions Mean Girls and American Utopia, or playing major stages including Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Madison Square Garden and Berlin Konzerthaus. Natalie’s acoustic and electro-acoustic compositions are in a category all their own, and can be heard in her newest recital program, titled “THE PIANO // Re-Imagined,” as well as the immersive multimedia experience “NEXUS,” created with Cuban-Chinese interdisciplinary artist SUUVI.
